Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are in their original condition. This means unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: Some products, including personalized or custom items, gift cards, and sale/clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
2. How to Initiate a Return

6. Refunds for Sale Items
