At CampingConversation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are in their original condition. This means unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Some products, including personalized or custom items, gift cards, and sale/clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and further instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. Refunds for Sale Items
